Bill Gent has been married for 46 years to his lovely wife Susan and is the father of 5 sons. He served as the Director of Evangelization at Holy Name of Jesus for 25 years. Though raised as a Catholic, he left the Catholic Church in his mid 20's eventually leading him to become the Senior Pastor of 2 Evangelical churches. His love of Sacred Scripture drew him back to the Catholic Faith in the year 2000. He continues to offer Scripture Studies every Sunday after the 8:45 Mass and is currently going verse by verse through the Gospel of Matthew. Bill's desire is for Catholics to no longer be intimidated by the reading of Scripture allowing the Holy Spirit to draw them closer to Jesus Christ.
